We then personally meet with the client at our training office (locations are in Sydney, Auckland, and Singapore) where compulsory free of charge face to face training is conducted in English over a two day period. During this time the client becomes proficient in using and understanding the technology by learning on their very own newly purchased device with a trained medical professional. This ensures confidence of the client, and perhaps equally as important, confidence of the clients’ patient’s. This is the safest approach for the end user, and should be expected when purchasing equipment of this caliber.
In line with the personal approach to customer service, NLS Australasia offers ongoing after sales support via both telephone and email to all customers. This includes all aspects of operating and troubleshooting the device, any warranty issues that may arise, and of course future installation of any upgrades to the software.
All devices come with a manufacturer 18 month warranty.
